Aaaand completely non-canonically here's belly dancer Darren with significantly more belly, although it looks like it's about ready to empty out very soon! Poor thing is desperately trying to keep up the illusion that he's totally not a dude but keeps getting stuck in skimpier and skimpier outfits.

So, granted, it's mpreg, but, you can pretend he's a flat girl if you want!  (although girl!darren is bustier, definitely.)
