So, what’s been up with me lately? Started losing vision in one eye the other day, optic neuritis being the root cause at this stage. So for most of the last week I’ve been in and out of hospital and specialist offices, and more recently, pretty much homebound with a cannula in my hand for daily steroid drips, leaving me particularly useless. And a bit edgy.
Still, today’s the last dose, and most of my vision is back. Just a few more weeks of specialists, blood tests, and MRIs and then maybe I’ll relearn how to draw again???

Suspension of Disbelief
Some of you may have noticed my account was suspended over the last day, and while I don't have any real idea what pictures were the problem, I've been given 7 days to remove the offending images...whichever they are. So I'm gonna scattershot stuff I probably should've dumped ages ago, mostly anime related due to, you know, *everything is goddamn high school*. So things will be leaner a bit here but as I was already mostly moved over to OCs anyway, it probably won't affect much going forward. Still, figured I should mention it, so Evangelion and Slayers stuff are definitely gone from dA, and stuff like other anime and such will go to as I try to wipe as much as I can to cover whatever the problem was.

Just Some Updates on The Hidon
So, 2020 is being 2020 still, and while luck has been on my side for the most part (bad luck in having all these immune conditions means i've got carte blanche to stay home and still survive comfortably), it has not exactly resulted in what I was hoping would happen; freedom leading to increased art output. Now, there's a few reasonings for this: One, since even though it's been a few months of this, it's still 'novel' to me and I'm still just treating it as a vacation. Two, about every three or so weeks some sort of crisis pops up that leaves me utterly uncertain as to what my immediate future holds, and I revert back to my old panic-about-tomorrow ways. (There was a new one of these today!) Three, PSO2 happened and ate a month off of me. I can't help it, Phantasy Star is my jam and while I don't care much for the O part of the franchise really, the option to run around in an action rpg/diablo-lite with laser swords, elf ears, and honking great tiddies is not something to
