So often it seems that the Shin Megami Tensei series tends to forget this one basic aspect of Cu Chulainn; the fact that his fucking head implodes or some shit when he's angry.
One eye falls out, one recedes into his head, the muscles near his temples swell out to the size of "small children's heads", his lower jaw swells up, his grimace pulls his face back so far you can see down his throat, his pores spray blood, and I didn't draw it in but his lungs and his liver also leap into his mouth. The rest of his body does some weird shit too, but, didn't get that far. Cu Chulainn is an Irish Myth but this depiction of him is (C) Atlus Fanart/Historical Accuracy is *HidonRedux's. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Fun picture; the eye popping out reminds me of those rotting dog enemies from the earlier Dragon Quest games with the exposed ribs and teeth.
